Young at Art will be leading a host of family events at 'Ireland's Best Small Festival' this August

The Young at Art team is excited to be joining the fun at for the annual Stendhal Festival of Art.

Set in the picturesque surrounds of Ballymully Cottage Farm on the outskirts of Limavady, Stendhal Festival of Art brings an all encompassing artistic experience to the Roe Valley, home of Danny Boy. Celebrating the creativity of artists from all over Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and further afield.

Young at Art will be offering the families attending a range of creative workshops to enhance their festival experience on Friday 12th (5-9.30pm) and Saturday 13th August (11am-7.30pm).

Fairy shadow puppet, lantern and flower garland making workshops amongst the mix.

Young at Art's Festival Schedule

Friday 12th August

  • Fabric Flower Garlands (5-8pm) in the Stendhal Family Tent
  • Fairy Shadow Puppets (5-7pm) in the Family Area
  • Lantern Making (5.30-9.30pm) in the Garden Shed

Saturday 13th August

  • Make your own funky festival sunglasses (11am - 1pm) in the Family Area
  • Build a Boat (1.30-4.30pm) in the Family Area
  • Mask Making (5-7pm) in the Garden Shed
  • Boat Race (6.30-7.30pm) by THe River
