The Miracoco Luminarium is a monumental walk-in sculpture that invites visitors to explore the dazzling maze of winding paths and soaring domes.

An unforgettable sensory experience of light, sound and colour!

Since 1992 more than 3 million visitors in over 40 countries across 5 continents have been welcomed into Architects of Air’s monumental luminaria, immersed in radiant colour that comes simply from daylight shining through the Luminarium’s fabric.

Inspired by natural forms, geometric solids, Islamic and Gothic architecture the Miracoco Luminarium is a celebration of the beauty of geometry. The dodecahedral domes follow a geometry made more precise by the use of reinforced belts. Miracoco’s Centre Dome is an imposing structure. Inspired by the Lotus Temple of India, its cupola features a spiral lattice of radiant stars on a bed of subtle hues.

The installation awakens all the senses, creating a sense of wonder and enchantment for all ages. It is a paradox that such a stimulating environment can simultaneously be so calming and comforting.
