Young at Art is managed and run by a small and dedicated team of 3 fulltime staff. Their work is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors who are drawn from the arts, education, youth and business sectors.

Freelance and short term contract staff are employed for projects throughout the year and during the Festival. Young at Art also benefits from a large number of volunteers every year.

The Board meet a minimum of five times each year, plus a number of sub-committees Young at Art is interested to hear from potential new Board members and is particularly looking for applicants with skills in social economy, business, PR and the youth sector.
