Young at Art is managed and run by a small and dedicated team of 4 staff (3 fulltime, 1 parttime). Their work is overseen by a voluntary Board of Directors who are drawn from the arts, education, youth and business sectors.

Staff
3 fulltime staff manage the organisation, undertaking all planning and programming and implementing policy as set by the Board.

Freelance and short term contract staff are employed for projects throughout the year and during the Festival. Young at Art also benefits from a large number of volunteers every year.
