Current and Future Projects

Every year Young at Art runs projects that bring together professional artists with children in schools, playgroups and youth groups to explore the arts. From these projects come great ideas and self-confidence, exhibitions, performances and memories. Some projects are big and some are small but each one has the imagination of the children and the artists at its core.

More of it than we think

More of it than we think is an exhibition of artwork by children and young people in groups and schools throughout Northern Ireland .The project has been running for over 5 years and will run again in the 2012 festival.

Placements

Young at Art is supportive of young people exploring careers in the creative industries. Where possible, we welcome the opportunity to host placements and offer career talks.
